What kind of question is this? It's hardly worth the two points, but I'll answer a dumb question with a dumber answer: Stand in the middle of the freeway during rush hour traffic -- that oughta break your bones.

You seem to know how to remove a splinter so I will assume you probably know how to break a bone. Stop your calcium intake and in time they will all break, no need to put bruises on top of breaks, it will save you some unnecessary pain.

a hard swing with a bat should work
let someone run you over - you might get more than 1 broken bone that way

fall out a tree about 20 - 30 feet up or fall while skateing and try to catch yourself with your hands thats what i did i broke my righ wrist first then i broke my left one lol
