You should be able to set your settings by clicking on your firewall provider or your antivirus provider, norton or mcafee ect.Hope that works for you

Go to tools/internet options, there click on security tab and two options appear at the bottom, custom level and default level, click on them and click enable at every level, if that does not work go to windows security center and disable it for sometime till u complete ur transaction.....sayonara

hi sis,
1. if u r using Internet explorer,
----------------------------------------------
set all security values to custom level. or just click the defauls button,

and press the 'advanced' tab ( the last one)
and press 'restore defaults'

but u cant change any settings without administrator permission,
1st login as administrator,

have fun,tc
