If the keys broke off my vaio laptop and there is no way that they will snap back on, where do you recommend?

that I go to have it serviced. I near the Los Angels area.

Just super-glue it. Make sure you don't add so much glue that you ruin the key.

Your keyboard would have to be replaced. It may be possible to obtain the part you need to do it yourself, but that generally requires having access to a service manual for your model. Better just to have it serviced
