From what I have read so far, Marvel (616) Thor appears to outclass Ultimate Thor in strength, durability and sheer power.
It's not a simple case of Ult. Thor beging another version of the Son of Odin; he appears to have been 'powered down' by Marvel for whatever reason.
The irony doesn't escape me that Ult. Captain America seems to be way more powerful than M616 C.A., either: if you read Ultimates 2 # 8, see how much it takes to bring this guy down! And his fight with the Afghan Cap. in issue 12 also supports my theory.
I agree it appears that Ult. Hulk could be more powerful, as things stand. However, we do not yet know his rage/strength ratio, so it might be that M616 Hulk can get mad enough to beat him.
I also find funny how the Ult. Fantastic Four seem less powerful with the exception of Reed Richards, whose mallable brain allows for greater mental expansion than the M616 version. This is in line with Ult. Tony Stark having an all-body brain which makes him superior in many ways to M616 Stark. It's only a matter of time before his armor will reflect that.
So, in closing (after rambling about waaay too much other stuff): Ultimate Thor isn't even a workout for M616 Thor. They may both be gods, but only the first and foremost among them is god-like in stature, power and combat prowess.

I also throw in for The Mighty Thor (616 version).
Almost all.... strike that... ALL of the Ultimate characters (except maybe Ultimate Hulk) are somehow...diminished. Ultimate Thor is powerful, but he really is a hippie... something that the real Thor would probably laugh at. 616 Thor would lay the hammer down on his "Ultimate" counterpart, unleashing Mjilnor in a torrent Ultimate Thor has never seen.

The original Thor's been around longer and probably has more experience than Ultimate Thor so I'll go with him.

Hmm... i'd only like to argue the Trunks lifting up the mountain range statement. I dont think i've seen many strength feats from the Z warriors at all. I dont think punching a mountain into bits is the same as lifting it up. Regardless, from what I hear that thor can do, Trunks is pretty much screwed.

normal thor. he's been through everything, and wouldnt feel bad about beating the tar out of some hippie with the same powers. he'd probably get all pissed and be like "you dare mock the powers of the son of Odin?!?!" and go full force and just pound the life out of him.
normal thor takes it.
