bird feeders
all you have to do is poke some holes at the top for the string/wire to go in (for hanging) and then about half way down cut big holes for the birds to eat from - its a good idea to cut them big enough the bird can get out if it happens to get all the way in, or just cut the top all the way off about 1/2 of bottle and poke 4 holes for hanging near the top rim - that way its open and you know the birds don't get stuck inside.

a big chunk of ice for the cooler. you can put it in whole or break it up. you can even cut the top off and fill with water. the ice just slides out and you can re-use it. or you can take it to the lake cut the top, tie a line and catch minnows for the fishing trip. put a bait in it and the minnows go right in.

Back home when I was a young lad we used to cut the bottom off them and use the as a silencer when we went out kangaroo shooting. Creative enough for You?

Lop the bottom off, turn it over and you have a useful funnel.

A beautiful terrarium! Soak it, cut off the bottom, and decorate! I do it for gifts. :)
