no...you are not too old. it just depends on where. I swim laps and wear speedos and I'm 57. I've been wearing them for 40 years...part of the reason is because I keep in shape. I find it funny that Americans want their women virtually naked...but men should never show more than a couple of inches above the knee. I played sports in the '70's when shorts were actually short. There is nothing wrong with a man choosing to wear a speedo...get over it!
