First off, I've already felt the little bubbly feeling that you get with kicking and I'm wondering if what I'm feeling is stronger kicks now. The kicks come more frequently when I'm laying down for the night and there are a bunch at regular intervals. I can feel it by myself, but I think I can feel it from the outside too. Is it really my little one kicking or am I mistaking it for something else. I'm almost 19 weeks and I started feeling the bubbly feeling around 17 weeks. I know it's not round ligament pains because I have those too (less frequently lately.) The other question is kind of silly, but I wanted to ask anyways since I'm getting wierd looks from previous pregnant women. I feel like a giant balloon has been blown up in my belly and it's making it hard for me to bend over and move around. I kind of feel like it might be pushing on some organs too...is it just me? Thank you for everyone's responses.

:) Is this your first pregnancy?
You must be so excited. It certainly sounds like your feeling your babies kicks. Means the little one is getting stronger. You'll probably find that although you can feel it from the outside no one else will be able to yet. It's such a special time when you feel baby move for the first time. As the weeks go on they'll obviously get much stronger and you'll be able to see baby move. Congratulations on making it this far.
As for the balloon in your bellie. You'll probably find it'll go up and down until baby fills up the space. Some days you'll look huge and others you'll look hardly pregnant at all. This is just the uterus expanding to make room for baby.
Good Luck
Let us know how you go.

Im 28 weeks pregnant so I am answering from my personal experience, which may not be the same as yours but...
Anyway, I started feeling movements right around 17 weeks, but didnt feel them get stronger until about 20 or so... The whole laying down thing is pretty similar to what I feel- he is so much more active when I lay down for the night. I would also have to agree with you on the giant balloon thing, but wait until you get to 29 weeks- the feeling is much worse... I feel like there is no more room for my uterus to grow (its reached my ribcage) and the baby's position cause some pain and discomfort when I sit down.. Your organs are being pushed to the side to accomodate your growing uterus... Not a pleasant thought huh??

It sounds very much like those could be kicks or other movements. Don't worry, soon enough you'll feel your baby whacking away at your belly, and organs too...lol. It is very possible to feel like things are getting shifted around. We all carry differently, but i was small, so my little girl didn't have anywhere to go but out. She was also very long so i had to sit blot upright if not leaning back slightly to give her ample room. Don't worry though, i was so nervous the first three months or so that i was almost scared to bend over thinking i might squish her...lol. Nothing is silly, and it's probably been asked before, we all go through that.

First Question: It could be kicks. I started feeling flutters around 4 months and then full blown kicks at 5. When you lay down at night, it wakes up the baby. When you walk around it kind of lulls it to sleep (like a rocking chair). By 7 months the baby was keeping me (and my hubby) up at night with her kicking.

Second Question: Your growing uterus does move things around. (that's why preggos get heartburn so much during the last trimester, our stomach's are sitting in our chests. And why we have to pee all the time, our bladders are literally being squished.) The giant balloon metaphor is pretty accurate. Rest assured, it's not just you.

Good luck!

It sure sounds like your bub is growing and the kicks are getting harder, You do feel them more when you lay down as your still and more relaxed plus your really focus on the bub in bed. Some woman do get really big bellies faster than others but if your Doctor is happy with you, I wouldn't worry to much. I got so big with my last one I thought I was having twins but it turned out to be I was just carrying alot of fluid. After I had him I was on the toilet heaps worse than when your at the end of pregnancy.lol. Good luck with everything I hope it all goes well.

Cats have a tendency to furnish start on time table, so the blessed journey probable will ensue in early March. Heck, human toddlers kick for weeks in the previous they're born. I do advise which you have your cat spayed, whether she is a distinctly Mau blend, by way of fact there are in simple terms undeniable too many homeless kitties obtainable.

No, it's not you! When you get bigger and have to pee all the time, you'll swear the baby's laying on your bladder for fun! I got kicked more when I ate pizza or anything spicy...he didn't like that at all! Wait until you see a bulge (probably a foot or fist) move across your belly the first time! Weird but cool! Good luck! :)

You are felling your little bundle of joy no doubt about it. Well, you kind of do have a big balloon blowing up inside you. You will feel more and more like your organs are being squished and like the baby's feet are right up in your lungs sometimes. But, this is all normal. Congrats and best wishes.

Yes, it's very possible that you are feeling your baby's movements in there, some can feel them even as soon as 16 weeks.

As for the bending over thing... that is normal and it only gets worse. I am 7 1/2 months pregnant right now and can't reach my toes. This is when your significant other comes in handy, LOL! :)
