Your sleep schedule is mixed up, that's all.

Try resist going to sleep early. The headache is from the lack of sleep and hormones--it's okay. Just try to get back onto a normal routine.

I was so frustrated when I was around the same weeks pregnant as you. I had horrible headaches, I was STARVING, but I couldn't keep food down and had difficulty keeping fluids down. I was up all night sick and even tired, but I kept waking up because I was so hungry. The whole eating crackers did nothing for me. I know I was dehydrated, you may be too. It was so frustrating because everyone told me...just drink more water. That really helped me a lot, like I had a choice about the matter. I would give your doctor a call, you don't want to get too dehydrated or you will need to be hospitalized. Good luck. I started feeling better at 15 weeks (I was so mad at everyone who told me I should be feeling better by now.) Now I feel great other than the large belly that's making me move a little slower and has me sleeping on my side instead of my belly now :)

Definitely go to the Doc, but keep in mind that hunger makes you sleepless and causes headaches. Also, your body is totally changing. It could possibly be your bloodpressure. My mom died when I was 6 mos pregnant and I was a mess (obviously). My Doc recommended Sominex taken as directed. When you don't sleep you feel cracked out and you really can't function well. Going to the Doc is the best thing! Take care!

I really wouldnt worry too much. My daughter is now 4 months old and during the pregnancy I found it very hard to sleep, espically at night. I kept thinking about the baby and what she would look like and all sorts of things. I would get excited too and made it hard to sleep. I would get up and read a book or watch a movie. My only advice is that you do try to sleep as much as you can before the baby comes, because that is when I regreted not sleeping longer before I had a baby. The first three months I would have been lucky to get 3 hrs sleep a night and it really hit me hard, please get as much rest as you can.

Insomnia (sleeplessness) is due to stress, dietary and medical
problems. By making small lifestyle changes like having a fixed
daily routine, relaxing and eating properly, insomnia can be
cured. I found the information at http://tinyurl.com/jfzpz useful
for getting sleep.

I would call the doctor for advice on how to sleep better. The headache could be sleep deprivation. Make sure you are drinking enough water.

You have all the common symptoms. It's not exactly comfortable thing. The nausea and headaches will ease up in probably about 15-16 week at least that's how it happened to me.Good luck!

My doctor allowed me to take Tylenol PM, but you should check with your doctor first.

Sometimes warm milk can help, too.
