If you are 5'10" already at the age of 14, in all probability you will be over six feet tall as an adult. Just because your mother is a petite lady does not mean that your height will be somewhere between her height and your dad's height. For one thing, you are a male and secondly, you have to take into consideration the adult height of her dad and her brothers, since they are also males.
Whoever told you that you stop growing at the age of 14 does not know too much about the development of children or adolescents or genetics in general.
You are going to be a tall guy like your dad!

Since you are only 14 years old, it is likely that you are still going to have a few more growth spurts. Although your parents heights can contribute to your height, there are many other factors involved. You could wind up being six feet tall. There is really no way of knowing or predicting how tall you will be once you finish going through your growth cycles. The majority of males will stop growing in height at about 17-19 years of age. Don't worry. Five feet ten inches is not short. In fact it is the average height for adult males. Relax and let your body continue its development.
I hope this helped answer your question.

If you were a girl you would stop about now, but a lot of guys still grow a few inches in college. If your that worried, get some bigger shoes. The average man in this country is only 5'10 so you are still normal, your dad is just so tall its giving you a complex.

It depends on you sex. If you are a female you usually stop growing when you start period. As for a male they tend to grow til they are 18 or 19.
I hope that helps.

No that's very unlikely. You'll most likely keep growing in height until the early 20s.
