I believe it increases. When we are young we think we will live for ever, we are invincible, and everything in the world is free, and we deserve it. Any trajedy while we are young is hard to handle, and our life is very fragile. Yet when we grow older, we gain wisdom, we gain insight, and we realize that we all must work together to get ahead in life. We realize things come and go, we can look back on our accomplishments, and value our lives more. And when we value our lives more, the value of our life increases.
