1.i have 2 answers here. Oh and he failed thrice. (^-^)

-Each academy year has about 90 students(as shown in sasukes report card; he was the best out of 90)...divided into three classes of 30(also shown on the report card). Naruto could have taken the test three different times in the same year, each with a different class. in the end though he didn't pass, so he was passed later on for saving Iruka.

AND

-There aren't age restrictions on when you can take the test, Naruto prolly started young due to his Hokage obsession. For example: Itachi passed the test ar age 6.

2. Dattebayo does not mean anything,it is his little 'catch phrase'.They tried to imitate it in English as 'believe it'.

3. No one knows her name but fans called her Fluffette or Sessmom.
this is her picture.

Those 2 naruto questions really slip my mind at the moment. But i can answer the 3rd one.

At first it was a mystery but a guess that Sesshomaru's mother was a demon. But now in the latest chapters of the series. She is revealed. Her beauty looks close to Sesshomaru's bishi complextion. Her name is really not revealed as of yet but readers have dubbed her "sesshimama". She also transforms into a big dog demon as well. So from the looks of it. Sesshomaru got most of his traits from his mother.

I can answer number 2... dattebayo doesn't really mean anything... it's just a phrase that naruto uses in the end of the sentence to annoy us. and it does not mean "believe it".
