Heck your sober that's a start. Maybe u hide under the hat due to shame. You got one life to live, now stay off the junk and get going. Take a look around, way too much to do in this world. Blink an eye and it will pass you up. Throw that damn hat out.
Later on don't be too shy to seek a good shrink, one u can trust. U get into combative situations because u are trying to control things and people. Look at it this way - u aint controlling a damn thing. You can't stop the sun from rising, with your mind you can't even stop your heart from beating. Look at all those Doctors, can't even cure a cold. So my friend, take it one day at a time, wake up early some day, find yourself a donut store, get some hot donuts and enjoy it. Don't get any better than that. Stay off the booze and pills, and let your mind free. Humans are nothing more than domestic animals. That's all. This weekend, take some food to some bum on the streets. You find how a little love and care for someone you don't even know will change you forever. As crazy as I am, I know there is always someone out there much worse off than me. Don't be afraid. The next time you go to the store, take a slice of bread out the bag, break it up, and throw it, u will find birds flying all around you. You ain't no bird, but they need you. Be surprised how a little help will make you feel better. You helped yourself 4 months ago. Now keep on going. Remember this - NEVER SAY NEVER... You got dreams - big dreams - time is now. Over-and-Out

it would desire to extensively matter what your paranoia is from. Is it a topic of a few difficulty in concentrated, or do you do drugs, perfect asking that as I know of quite a pair of ladies and men human beings that have recommended me they stopped, rather smoking marijuana, because of the reality that it began out to lead them to very paranoid. If that's no longer the case i'd desire to ask a GP or look up the telephone ebook under well-being issues as i'm specific you may discover there's a rather good variety of help in the marketplace and your truthfully now no longer by utilising myself.

did you know they did an experimental treatment that was simple and just as effective as prescription therapy and counseling they told patients with mental illness to act like what they thought was normal and the weirdest thing happened by going through the actions of being normal they were able to mimic their way though their own treatment and actually treat themselves . stop acting thinking like a paranoid person take off your hat pretend people are looking at every body but you and your Brain should actually start firing different its like actually changing the timing on your rpm s on your car it works try it but hey i dont know anyone including myself who wouldn't due with a little counseling wishing you good health inside and out

You are now facing anxiety because you are off the drugs, and probably ashamed of yourself for using them as a crutch to deal with life.
Remember, mistakes are merely ways of learning what doesn't work. They do not detract from your qulality as a human being.
You do not sem to be aware of the things about yourself that you should be proud of. You do not seem to be aware of the things about yourself that you are good at, and what your redeeming qualities are.
To find out more about yourself, you have to consciously decide that you need to make efforts. You need to accomplish things. Accomplishments and achachievements build you up from the inside out.
Maybe you don't know where to start. You can start by volunteering your time, attention, effort, and experience to those in need. Big Brothers and Sisters programs are a great place to start. These are kids in need of mentorship, guidance, and someone who has their best interest in mind. It would feel awkward at first, but it would be quite rewarding over time.
Kids need someone who cares, someone they can relate to, someone with experience. They don't always care about what thier parents say, don't have parents, or have parents who are unavailable to them. They would look up to you, admire you, and soon you would feel more value and worth.
Over time, you would also feel like getting a job, being productive, and being a leader by being an example. You may have to face possible rejection a few times before finding a job that is a good fit for you, but with each rejection, you build character.
There are many things you can learn about finding the right job at www.monster.com, and volunteer work demonstrates a lot about your character. Besides, volunteering is admirable, noble, keeps you out of trouble, forces you to discover yourself and things you're good at, and it helps those who need your help. It would be quite emlightening to you to see how much people need you, your experience, your understanding, and your guidance.
Go online, look for a site for community services (Social services) in your city, search for youth volunteer programs, and start showing younger people how to be/how to make good choices. All of the "mistakes" of your past make you quite experienced with consequences and choosing a better life. You have been there, done that, know what happens, and you are feeling it now. Many people (especially kids) would benefit from your experience.
You might, over time discover that your strengths are in counseling, social work, or some similar area. You may want to apply for student aid and take online courses to certify for a career position.
You have so many resources you probably don't realize, and so much power that you probably don't realize. It is sooooo admirable that you have now decided to take back control of your life, and you want to be in charge of it. You may still be hurting because of the poor choices of your past, but the sooner you get moving on building yourself up from the inside out, the sooner you will realize how important and valuable you are.
And remember, the only things you ever have to be in control of in your life, is your behavior and how you react to things. All bad habits and bad behaviors are based on displaced anxiety. Make anxiety work for you. Use it to constantly seek to improve, overcome, and learn.
You will be fine when you decide that your life needs a hero,. and you will be that hero, and the youths that need a hero. I have faith in you.
Take care of yourself, it's your most important job in life~
