My girlfriend had JUST finished her Period Monday, and on Tuesday I had unprotected sex with her for just a moment, before stopping and slipping on a condom, Could that 1 or 2 minutes lead to a pregnancy, Even if I didnt climax?

YES... I have a one year old child now and my husband did not ejaculate inside. Pre-ejaculate can get a woman pregnant apparently pretty easily.
But since you did not have sex with her during a peak fertile time (which is two weeks after the start of her period), you should be fine.

It only takes one sperm to fertalize an egg. Pre ejaculation has sperm in it so, yes, it's very possiable.

it's possible because of preseminal fluid, but probably not all that likely because of her cycle. however, there's always a chance.
