Without question, being buried alive. All the time to think. Unable to move. Oxygen slowly leaving. No way to off yourself or escape. Alone.

I agree with those who said hell. The first/second worst is having your flesh ripped off your body by whip, having a crown of thorns beaten into your head, carrying three hundred plus pounds on your back, having nails thrusted through your feet, nails pounded into your hands, and then to be hung in the air by those nails, while having people mock you, would be pretty bad.

Would be someone kidnapping an innocent child, raping the child, and than hurting them-until they die. These so-called-people need to be hung!

Dementia. Knowing you are losing your mind, not recognising your friends and loved ones, kicking and screaming at nurses trying to take you to the toilet, urinating and soiling your pants, not being able to feed yourself beause you don't know what a spoon is anymore.

with the belief that you'll be going to heaven by killing innocent people in the building in which you're aiming your jet. it's the worst because it's a stupid illusion that's being perpetrated all too often by the jihad.

dont fear death. once your dead there is no pain.
I reckon if you wake up in a coffin knowing you are six feet under and no chance of geting out. Everybody thinks your already dead.
