If you had major bleeding, then yes, you may have miscarried. When I miscarried at 8 weeks, it started out with just a little spotting, then major cramping and bleeding heavily a few days later. Generally, there is not much Drs can do to stop it once it starts. I did go to the hospital and all they did was confirm through ultrasound that I lost my baby.

I wish you well.

Sometimes bleeding can be normal when you are pregnant but it can also be an indicator of a problem. You may not have miscarried but you should most definitely call your Obstetrician and get some advise on what they want you to do. Typically they will have you go for an ultrasound to check the baby, look for a fetal heart beat, and to check for any obvious indicators on why you had bleeding. If you haven't established with a doctor yet call your local OB doctor now. They should have someone on call 24 hours a day. Good luck.

if for any reason you think that had a miscarriage you should go to the emergency room. not all but sometimes you have bleeding and pain it is different for everybody but they must be some feeling you have for wondering this so to be on the safe side get your self checked as soon as possible. they can listen for heartbeat, do ultra sound blood test are some things to tell what is going on. dont delay
good luck

yes u should go 2 the hospital straight away. the doctors at the hospital will do everything they can to make sure u and ur baby is ok. the more time u waist by not getting 2 the hospital the higher the risk is.

Definately go to the hospital.
They will give you a general gyno exam and an ultrasound. They will also check your hcg hormone to see how high it is, then you have to have blood work done in a couple of days to determine if the hormone is going up or down (to tell if you are still pregnant or you are miscarrying.
My thoughts and prayers are with you. <3.

Yes, go to a hospital. Now would be a very good time if you have experienced bleeding.

go to the doctor, let them check you out, i can't tell you exactly what they will do, but I'm sure it is an ultrasound, but first they will check to see how much blood, and ask you if it feels any different than before the bleeding started, but go to the doctor immediately, because if you are miscarrying, you can hemorrhage, and die... so go to the doctor... now.. please

You poor woman. Definately at least go to the doctor. Usually a misscarriage at 12 weeks would involed severe blood lost and clots and severe cramps. Please call your doctor.
