Hmmm...I've been there done that! At first I thought I had the flu, but sure enough after a visit to the doctor they confirmed I was pregnant.
If you just want to find out, and your symptoms do seem to be getting worse...don't wait! Just go get an early detection take home test from your local grocery store. At least then you will know!

Call your gynecologist. You can get a blood pregnancy test to see if you have any pregnancy hormone in your system. Sometimes you can have bleeding on the shot...I assume you mean the Depo shot. Make sure to tell your doctor all that is going on. You may need to be checked for a urinary tract infection as well. That can cause back pain, nausea, and frequent urination.

First of all, no birth control but abstinence is 100%.
It sounds like you might be having a bad reaction to this type of birth control, or possibly some other problem. There are too many variables here to be sure, but you need to go to the doctor, tell them your symptoms and let them find out what the problem is.

The only way to know is to get a test, I doubt it though Depo has a super small % of failure
