Check out the Work of Byron Katie. Her homepage is here:
http://www.thework.com/

Her books are here:
http://www.amazon.com/dp/1400045371/

I've seen her help people who have been through the most traumatic things you can imagine. There's even a place on her website where people can help facilitate you in the process:

If you still don't "get it" after looking at the website and her books, don't hesitate to send her an email. I wish you the best.

Well look at it this way! Others have also the same or worse cases of grief, but they survive all along without taking the grief with them. Fate has done its work, anything could happen to anybody at any time, at any place. You are alive and have to continue living so leave grief alone. Let fate takes its own course, and you will save yourself from getting worse everyday. Oh yes, it may even kill if you keep up with your grief because it greatly disturb your body system and especially the mind!

Ya know the one thing I hate that people say is you have to get over it.
Its hard....I lost my dad 40 years ago my mom did it and when I see her I feel anger. She spent 6 months in jail but took some one I loved dearly from me for jealousy. I am 46 and it has bothered me 40 years I have bi-polar 2 plus other things from this and I hate when my mother will say I don't know where you got that from.
2 years ago my 4yr old was raped by a 17 yr old niece and nothing happen to her I will never forget this either she lives across from me and I hate looking at her. She is not sorry. Never will be. I do not want to talk to her I am afraid of what I will do to her.
Sorry for the stories of mine just want you to know I kind of do understand.....To answer your question Yes it can eat you alive it has me but that is just the way I am and we are all different. You should talk to some one it can help release some of that anger..... Blood is thicker than water

What this means eat you alive? I know your upset but you have not been taking care of yourself health wise. For 3yrs. your life has taken a change because of this. You have not slept, or eaten like you used to right? You have to move on with life. You have to start to take care of you now. You will get over this. I've been there too. And its so true that time does heal. Your brother would not want to see you do this to yourself. He has moved on and now you have to. Speak to your family doctor for some help as well. I think you feel alone in this and that makes it harder. You need someone to talk to and that can support your feelings. Everything is going to be fine.
Take care of yourself.

Talk about it to anyone who will listen. That is very important. You have to talk. When I lost the one true love of my life not too long ago, I thought I would soon be following him, even though I am only 26 years old. Then it finally sunk in that by holding all the pain in, I was not being true to him. He wouldn't want me to lie down and accept death. He would want me to live and live well. I will never be the same again. Pain that intense changes you, but, I have lived thru it, just as you will, if you will talk to many people, or, just one good friend, until the sharp side of the pain subsides. Good Luck to you!!!!!!

No one gets off it only looks that way for now. Karma is the law of nature and if someone killed someone they will be killed themselves. It's not Gods wrath, its just the laws of material nature.
