You need a torrent program such as uTorrent to manage torrent downloads after that it is all a matter of program preference. Winamp is a good program for playing music.

Can't help you there but try limewire. No need to use torrents just download it.

Depends of the file type. If the file is .zip then you need Winzip. If its .rar then you need Winrar. For other types, do a search in google.
