I noticed that ToolBox answers all of my questions with The All-American Rejects. I think he/she may be a stalker.

He's just a weirdo. He's goofing off. He likes to mess with people. Check out his profile. He's one of THOSE!!!.....his name should be tattletale... He answered one of my innocent questions by saying he was reporting me, and I've noticed he's answered way worse ones in a completely different way...so I think he's just weird and likes to see who he can annoy.

He probably just likes The All-American Rejects. You have asked a lot of questions and he has only answered a few, so I don't think you need to worry about him stalking you. Though questions like this could provoke him to just so he can annoy you.

First of all, I am NOT a stalker. I just like the all-american rejects like you do, Obviously. And I don't answer all of your questions.
