Does anyone know why i cant watch laguna beach on mtv? it says it only for us residents, but my friends from toronto and watches it all the time why cant i?

maybe your cable provider is blocking it; do you and your friend have the same cable providers? Does he have a satellite? Do you have access to newsgroups? You can request and download the episodes from there. do you get other mtv programs or is the whole channel blocked out. hmmm never heard of that. you should call your cable provider and ask them why, you might have to pay a fee to get stateside tv programming.

well, i know i can't watch it because it's so stupid that it practically makes me sick. i also don't have cable.
