I hate shopping with a passion, but even I enjoy a few hours in some of these..
Number 1 and there's quite a distance between 1 and 2.
The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace - 702-893-4800
The Appian Way - Caesars - worth a walk through 702-731-7333
2-Desert Passage - Aladdin - 888-800-8242
3-Grand Canal Shoppes - Venetian - 702-414-1000
Those are the three must see malls, the next group are a far cry from the top three..
4-La Boulevard/Avenue of Shoppes - Paris & Bally's 702-739-4111 as the name suggests it's one long mall that combines the two hotels.
5-Mandalay Place - Mandalay Bay - 702-632-7777
6-Street of Shops - Mirage - 702-791-7111
7-Street of Dreams - Monte Carlo - 702-730-7777
8-Medieval Village - Excalibur - 702-597-7777
9-The Tower Shops - Stratosphere - 702-388-1130
hotels that have one or more "interesting" shops
Luxor - 702-262-4000
MGM - 702-891-1111
Hard Rock - 702-693-5000
Treasure Island - 702-794-7111
Bellagio - 702-987-7111
Best shopping malls
Fashion Show Mall - 702-369-0704
Belz Factory Outlet World - 702-896-5599

For full retail: Caesars Palace, The Wynn, The Venetian, The Aladdin and Bellagio. To save a little $, I would check out the outlets. I don't think Belz is worth a trip, but Las Vegas Premium Outlets and Fashion Outlet Las Vegas are worth the trip. Check for the free shuttle from the Strip.

Three casinos where you will really enjoy shopping are the Venetian, Aladdin, and Caesar's Palace Forum Shops. The ceilings in all three shopping area's are painted like the sky and all are themed.
The Venetian shopping area holds the higher end shops and are more pricey than the other two. The Forum shops is middle of the road and the Aladdin has the more traditional shops like you'd find in any nice mall across America.
Have fun!

There is nothing in Las Vegas that can top the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace. If you can't find it at the Forum, it does not exist.

It is beyond conception why anyone would buy anything in Vegas that is a substantial purchase. If I was going to shop in Vegas I would be hitting pawn shops.

I like Caesars Palace and Venetian
Fashion Show is good too if your looking for "normal" shops--ie. not as expensive as the above.
Cheers!
