is there an ipod with a trumpet?

i wanna buy a hardware device to play audio files. it should be portable, much smaller than a notebook computer. size of a language repeater or less is ok. a trumpet is required. you know, after a long time you will feel painful at ears if you use a mic.
what device can satisfy my requirement?

with an integrated trumpet.

with an inbuilt trumpet.

maybe a loudhailer, an amplifier.

no there is no ipod with trumpet. If u want u could get this little this that does play them but i forgot what is called.
