basically what u have asked is not university. this is a research institute maintained by council for science and industrial research. it is a petroleum research institute. if u want to do m.b.a u can select any other reputed institute. indian institute of technology is also offering m.b.a programme. if u r back ground is technical u can write to the director,indian institute of technology, kharagpur, west bengal for further information. similarly, iit madras is also offering m.b.a course. good luck.
