I am at a tony B-school and have our 'prom' coming up in spring. I am terrified of dancing. Tips?

I am very confident, cool and hip generally, but cannot dance. I am too embarrassed to show up and not dance. Are there schools in NYC or NJ (Hoboken or Jersey City) that have weekend dance lessons?

You can find dance studio directory on www.ballroomdancers.com. If Ballroom and Latin is not exactly what you want I'd still suggest calling up the studios that are near you and ask if they offer the dance style you are more interested in.
