Are there any other condions that can make you feel like you are having pregnancy symptoms?

I have some symptoms of pregnancy but have had my tubes tied and am hoping to rule out pregnancy, any ideas what else may have some of the similar symptoms?

your hormones might be the reason i get pregnancy symptoms starting 2 weeks before my period. nausea, sore breasts, head aches, back aches and more.

Depends on the symptoms you are having
A few examples: Missed period- hormonal changes, thyroid problems, amenorrhea(lack of a period) due to an unknown cause.
Frequent peeing- diabetes, UTI
Nausea/vomiting- any number of illnesses.

There are several conditions which present the same symptoms as pregnancy, depending on which ones you have, so it's best to see your doctor about your symptoms.

The flu!! But to be safe you should either take a test!! It can happen!! And if it is yes, you should see a doctor ASAP, to make sure everything is OK!! Better safe than sorry!! Good Luck!!

depending on your age menopause could be a factor. some of the symptoms can be similar

The only thing I have ever heard of is birth control pills because they trick your body into thinking you are pregnant.
