Wavelength is the distance your hand travel when you`re waving,
and frequency is how often you wave to somebody.It`s all there in the theory of relativity,how often you see your relatives.
See isn`t it all simple???Have a surrreal day.

E= h f
e=energy, h=6.63 *10^-34 and f=frequency
f=E/h
plug the numbers and get the answer
if u need to find the wavelength then
wavelength (lambda)=c/f
