okay, last year I pissed someone off on a user forum... apparently they are the web admin's for many forums... now I cant get on to any in my area.. How can I get around this problem? Each time I attempt to log on I get an error saying that I had a 'Banned E-Mail Address'...
I have tried different addresses, but none work. This leads me to believe it has more to do with my IP address or something... how can I get around this problem??
I promise, I'll be a good boy, but I'd really like to participate in the forum!!?
Can anyone help me???

Your suspicions are correct, they didn't just banned the email address, they banned your IP address.
There are different way to get around this situation.
1) Switch Internet providers -- this will change your IP Address (go from Comcast to DSL, or AOL to MSN, etc...) It doesn't matter who you switch to, as long as you switch to a new Internet provider you will get a new IP address.
2) Try and ask your existing provider to change your IP address, or purchased a new fixed ip address from your existing provider.
3) Use a proxy server, a proxy will in essence route your Internet traffic to a new address before sending it to the web at large.
4) use one of those "anonymous" Internet browsing solutions

that is problematic. in case you may't IP ban him, it is an entire 'nother ballgame. that is a few assistance to keep him and different spammer/trolls out of your communicate board. - Make it so human beings could right into a code to sign in. This slows down some those who really want to unsolicited mail your communicate board. they are too lazy to bypass through the hassle. - Make it so human beings can't make threads and posts specially forums till they attain a particular posts count number. 10 is the accepted. - ignore about him. If he sees he's not getting into your nerves he will bypass away.

you could sign up for netzero mail ... its like 6 bucks a year .... alot of forums wont accept public email addys like yahoo crp and hotmail ...

not your ip...Its actually your dns adddress and my friend..That's permanent....Switch computers.
