Quiet Please, Positive Spin Masters At Work:
ProChoice - not ProAbortion.
Terminate - not kill.
Fetus - not a baby.
Partial Birth - still, apparently, not a baby.
If we let it, liberalism will be the wrecking ball that destroys any morality and tradition this great country has left.
Just my opinion. Based on simply paying attention and watching the country over the past 60 years.

There are two competing and important issues at stake. I don't know why neither side will acknowledge that the other has merit.
Many pro-choice people say anti-abortion folks just want to take away women's rights. That simply isn't true.
On the other hand, living in a society where people don't get to make choices about their own bodies is abhorrent. We need to acknowledge that.
So, what do we do? Keep arguing back and forth? That's getting us nowhere.
I agree that abortions should stop. Even pro-choice people agree (privately, at least - they can't be caught admitting the other side has a point!) that abortions aren't a good thing. They surely aren't a pleasant procedure. But I don't think that making it a criminal act is the most effective answer. Anti-abortion folks say that women should make that choice before they become pregnant. I agree. So let's put our energy and money into programs for education and birth control distribution where it might have some effect helping them make that choice instead of wasting it on this ridiculous argument.
Will that stop all abortions? No. But neither would criminalizing it. But it could have a drastic effect. Fewer abortions is better than many of them.

Abortion is murder, and one reason women have so many abortions is because it is no longer considered a blessing to have children. Children are considered an imposition in an adult's lifestyle.
Another reason for so many abortions is the simple fact that women know how difficult it is to raise children alone, and yet they continue to be involved sexually before marriage.
The whole idea that children are something that are wanted or not at a particular time (the contraception mindset) has led to the acceptance of abortion as a birth control method.
And, of course, in this day of evolutionary thinking, human life is not considered special in any way, especially life that is not considered "useful", such as the very young, the very old, and the weak and handicapped - euthanasia is becoming more accepted, and one day it will be as common as abortion, especially if there is ever a form of socialized medicine here.
Women who have abortions know it is murder, and that's why there are so many abortion trauma groups.

Every time you spit, blow your nose, or take a crap you're destroying life. Not to mention every time you eat. But you're not talking about 'life', are you? You're talking about HUMAN life.
A single-celled egg is not a human, although it is alive. At some point in its development, it becomes a human. Just like you wouldn't call a newborn a man, you shouldn't call an egg a human. It doesn't meet the developmental criteria.
That being said, I am against abortion. I refuse to get one, however, I cannot impose my morality on someone else up to the point where the egg developes into what is recognized as a human being.
Perhaps there would be less abortions if those who put so much energy into stopping them put an equal amount into addressing the causes of abortion.
And according to Dorland's Medical Dictionary, 28th ed, life requires the following characteristics: organization, irritability, movement, growth, reproduction, and adaptation. Clearly, your point of conception argument does not meet the medical criteria for life. What medical texts are YOU reading, doctor?

I don't consider that life starts at idea. I'm staunchly professional-option and the one scumbags I detest more than youngster abusers/molesters are anti-alternative fascists, however i don't suppose you'll like my answer. "Some females have conditions that make a miscarriage much more likely. But a lot of them attempt to get pregnant although they comprehend this, as a rule going by means of more than one miscarriages in the system." that's her option. She is trying to do what she needs / feels she desires to do, which no one seems to have a quandary with when it is a male seeking to do what he wants / feels the need to do (spreading his seed). In both case, it can be the instinctual force to procreate. Some folks can ignore it, some can't. And why the fukc should women be judged or 2nd-guessed about that after men are not? "regularly the stipulations are the effect of some thing the hopeful mom has completed, equivalent to unsuitable weight loss plan and absence of pastime." Miscarriage as a result of malnutrition is mainly a 3rd World thing. Nothing to do with religious whackjobs looking to control ladies right here within the Western world, and thus a non-quandary as far as Western legal guidelines are involved. And i have certainly not heard of a lady miscarrying due to a lack of endeavor. Never. (To be honest, that one just about made me giggle.) " in lots of different matters, when you knowingly jeopardize a individual's existence they usually die, that you can be charged with manslaughter. So if a girl is aware of she is at an extended hazard of miscarriage and will get pregnant, do you also suppose she must be area to a manslaughter cost if she does no longer have a are living beginning? Just how far do you go with the sanctity of human existence on this discipline?" In those "many different things" situations, they're coping with precise lives, no longer skills lives. I realise, of path, the factor you are trying to make. But there are a long way higher methods to make it :)

in contrast to vividtoy-abortion is a medical issue-where do you go to get an abortion-a medical doctor-life does start officially, confirmed by embrologists, when the 23 chromozomes of the male combine with that of the female-so whats the problem-we dont have the spine to fix it-we tag nice little phrases like "pro-choice" and "its a woman's choice" to make it seem that it is nice and neat and innocent. we abort 1.37 million babies a year. it is even unconstitutional through our preamble (portect the blessings of our posterity(future))-we cant really do that by killing our posterity. this is a scientific issue and a rights. lets focus on rights since that is the liberal's arguments.
is a fetus of embryo a human being-yes-like i mentioned earlier
should embryos have rights?-why not-they r human
is the woman's "right" to abortion ivading the fetus's right to live?-yes
the woman do have a choice-abstinance if nothing else-abortion is not birth control-it is murder-sadly it is also legal

I hope you are not one of those pro-death penalty persons who is anti-abortion. Because sticking someone with a lethal injection is also murder, making you culperable to the action if you raise no protests.
Abortion is NOT a medical issue, who cares what some professor writes in some book. It is a personal choice and no book, no government should try to overshadow that.

How is starvation not murder? And yet most that oppose abortion support getting rid of all forms of welfare that could stop it.
You are asking the wrong questions if you wish to understand the reasons behind abortion.
Our society isn't setup to handle the problems that will happen again if we get rid of legal abortion again. Every answer to the problem falls under the domain of socialism. Therefore the true problem, "How to you convince women to stop wanting abortions" is difficult to answer when society opposes the only answers that are possible.
