I DO NOT smoke, but my b/f does & sometimes I worry about him everyday. Now he is coughing during the night & keeping me up at night.
I regret that my uncle smoked & he passed away about 2 years ago & I didnt even get 2 say GOOD BYE 2 him or nothing.
There r alot of things that I regret, but I know someday I will look back on them & wonder why did these things had 2 happen.
I never smoked N a day N my life except 4 second hand smoke & contact smoke.

Yes, and yes. I started smoking before I turned 18 (like most smokers I know) and I really do regret it. I have tried to quit several times, but each time has left me feeling like my goal is unobtainable. I think that adults have the right to choose if they want to smoke or not, and that right should be protected. However, I really wish that something could be done to better prevent underage smoking. I think that a lot more people would choose not to smoke if they didn't start before they were finished "growing up".

I no longer smoke but I did smoke for three and a half years. Since smoking I realize that I have twice as many problems with allergies and asthma then I did before I smoked....and yes I definately regret it.

Hi,
Great post! Quitting smoking was the hardest thing I've ever done in my life, and I thought I wasn't addicted!
Here's what I tried before finding success: hypnosis, those fake cigaretts, the nicotine patch, and group therapy....none worked.
I finally tried this HERBAL patch I bought 6 months ago on the net. They claim a 97% success rate. Well, it worked! They had a sweet deal which was a free 10 day trial for only $3.95 including shipping (it's regularly $53 for 10 days)!!
I don't know if they still have that deal, but it's worth a try.

Yes, I smoke cloves. No I don't regret it because it is a hell of a lot less dangerous than some of the things I used to smoke.

I started in my early 20's, and yes I regret it. My Dad had problems and had emphysema, Iam on the other hand having circulation to my legs. The smoke can do bad things to your body.
I regret it and Iam trying to quit now, so I can live longer.
Don't start, if you have never smoked. Your lungs are black, your clothes smell of smoke and what it does to the rest of the body, is bad news.

I smoked for a lot of years and regret ever having picked up a cigarette. It can be a very hard addiction to get over. I have quit now and am much happier.
www.whyquit.com is a great free site that helped me with my quit.

It's like the saying goes "if you don't smoke in this life then you will in the next".
Yeah, I regret it...but am going to try to stop this weekend.
