Well, while I’m urinating, I don’t feel any pain, but some times (the days I don’t drink a lot of water) after the urination process a small droplet of blood come out; I mean it’s fairly small, just barely visible on the tissue when I clean it off.; any thoughts?

If you know enough to call it "gross hematuria," then you probably know enough to answer your own question.

Blood in urine in a male depends on age on what you would suspect first. If the man is young, you would probably suspect a urinary tract infection and do a UA and put on antibiotics. If antibiotics didn't clear it up and a culture came up negative, you would then start looking at structural problems such as urethra tears, kidney stones, etc

You would obviously start at the easiest fix first, being a urinary tract infection, and then just work from there ruling out things.

In an older man, you might want to do a prostate check and prostate blood work.

If you only see this blood when you don't drink enough water, then buddy I would be drinking lots of water.
