I'd have to say slow... I'm from the south. We kinda drawl here. You know, add a few more sylables than there is in a word.

I usually talk well normal, i have never had anyone tell me to slow down or to hurry up!

Depends on who is listening. If they answer the phone rapidly, that's what they get. If they don't understand what I said I'll repeat it a bit slower for them. But if they answer with a slower rate I do that as well.
