I'd have to say slow... I'm from the south. We kinda drawl here. You know, add a few more sylables than there is in a word.

Depends on who is listening. If they answer the phone rapidly, that's what they get. If they don't understand what I said I'll repeat it a bit slower for them. But if they answer with a slower rate I do that as well.
