I live by the beach and will be making a trip to Vegas. I plan to dress in Jeans/T-Shrits just as I do everyday where I live. I realize this attire is not acceptable for upscale restaurants/clubs, but what other establishments will I encounter a problem with this type of dress? Thanks

Casual attire for most places are acceptable. That is casual dress. Jeans are fine while in the casinos and some of the clubs, however any of the nicer places will not let you in with jeans and a t-shirt.

If you are planning a trip here in the near ter (december/January) I would recommend semi warm clothing and a light jacket, as you may encounter rain, wind or just flat out cold weather.

You can view these tips on www.vegas.com scroll down the page and look at the insider tips.

Have fun and good luck

Dont even try to go in any clubs wearing Jeans and T-shirts. Every day places, the buffet's, the casino floor during the day you can get away with that. But if you plan to go out, you need to dress up. Bouncers wont let you in if you are not dressed appropriately and they have strict dress codes that they enforce. Go to www.vegas.com and look up the clubs, it should tell you there.

Those upscale restaurants/clubs are really the only places you have to worry about. Folks in their shorts and fanny packs are expected and accepted everywhere, except maybe the Four Seasons. Don't wear shorts now, though. It's kinda chilly.

relies upon on the bar. most of the bars and nighttime golf equipment you've an extremely strict costume code. most of the accepted bars are fantastically a lot open for costume code. most of the bars do have web pages, so in case you realize which one you're wondering about going to, verify the web website. Google it.

the dress code is "skimpy" for girls. The main concern with guys is their shoes. No tennis. Wear some black dress shoes. You can wear jeans and a nice button down shirt. Thats kinda the norm
