I listen to religious songs to uplift me! I read books on Positive Thinking, Chicken Soup for the Sourl, Our Daily Bread! By reading these books, you will find out that you are even luckier than other people! I cant listen to disco , rock songs during this time, I just turn off the radio. I go into the lyrics of mellow songs, finding out that m y tears already dropped! Inspirational songs are great! it makes you cry & releases what you feel, it helps unload the burden. Sometimes you dont tell anything to your family, even to your friends, there are times when you want to think it over by yourself! I go back to inspirational emails! It helps me boost my morale!

adam's song...the song is about a boy thinking about suicide but in the end he doesn't. i'm not suicidal of anything but its still a good song (well duh, anything by blink182 is awesomely amazing)
