I agree with all of the above answers. However, you specify "...nothing dirty." If you want a job you must be open to any and all possibilities. You have to start somewhere and for the majority of us, including me, it was at the bottom.

You could work at a restaurant, grocery or retail department store. If you have 6 months cash handling skills, you can apply apply at a bank. Looks very good on building your resume.

Try to intern at the hospital or find a company that will pay for schooling after so many months of service.
Your probly going to have to suffer threw a lame job for a year or so, its the modern way. :)

Try Wal-Mart, Target, Walgreens, Meijer or any various retail store.

i think it would depend on your age,,, and if your still in school or not,,,,,,, either way, most all entry level jobs offer opportunities for advancement,,,,,
a few ideas
stores like walmart, kmart etc
grocery stores
inventory work
car salesperson
music store
restuarants

don't fussy on the job since u arn't experienced at all.only those got experience could get better pay.so u don't expect to get high pay by learning to help others' work.e.g. restaurant waiter,office boy,laundry helper..........
