Hello, I am a 6th grader who attends public school. During P.E. I am getting alot of rude remarks about my physical ability. My body parts are normal, just that I am not very strong and I can not run for long periods of time. My classmates make fun of me because I am on the computer too mcuh playing games. Can anyone help me? Mostly give me advice or give me comebacks at least. No useless answers please.

XD

To that dude who mentioned Dance Dance Revolution, I am actually a veteran at it and I play very often. Causing me to get a little exercise into me ^_^

I like these answers. Keep up at'em!

The remarks aren't that rude, it's just continueously happening and it's getting a little annoying. They mostly make fun of me because of A-D-D (Or however it is supposed to be typed)

Awww you sound just like my son! Only that he is the one who rudely remarks on himself, the other kids he is with don't make fun of slower kids. Our problem is the ones that do loose end up throwing hissy fits or ball their eyes out hysterically. One can't 'win' now can they? lol!

You need to see that your mates are actually emotionally bullying you and you need to ask them to stop. This is your truth, not theirs. They chose what they do and you chose what you do. What you do one day could return you a career. What they do could one day return one for them. No one has the exact same interests, we are co-creators, we are all independently different and unique with different abilities and talents.

How we choose to express our gifts is our own choice and not for someone else to pity party about. These kids really are just filling in time and you happen to be there for this. Join in with them and turn the tables. Humour yourself as you secretly know there is a bigger picture for you and running a race or keeping up with the athletes is just biding yourself time as you grow.

If you need exercise go dog walking. Walk neighbour hood dogs for an hour a day and see what happens for your health. You get fresh air for the lungs and blood as well as getting those muscles flexing without too much work. It is a good idea to have one hour a day put aside for healthy body. Healthy mind is saved for computer and social expression. It does not mean you have to do as they do.

People have differing abilities and one day it may be you they are calling upon for help in their future due to their lack of attention to detail.

Blessings be yours in peace and light

It seems that living in the world today doesn't need much of muscular strength, so be not aware of unfriendly and unreasonable remarks. You are a man, you are you, you are a special rational being. Your knowing to use the computer and asking good question like this is a good promise for your future. Just spare more time from online games for your favorite subjects at school.
Success in life always requires some discipline and some hard work. Each man has many capabilities, if you cannot accept the normal curriclum, seek more advice for a special curriculum most suited to your interest and capacity. Your success in any favorite careers you love, is your success in life.
Wish you will regain the freshness of new hope and the will to conduct a happy life.

Don't know about comebacks- to work they usually have to be pretty rude, and will get you in trouble- but the best way to deal with it is, honestly, to start working out some and improve your physical ability. Otherwise, the taunts are just going to continue. You don't need to join a sport or anything, just work out at home-buying Dance Dance Revolution is an excellent way to lose weight. The older versions of the game and the soft dance pad aren't very expensive and are well worth it.
