im 5'7 or 5'8 and about 150 - 155 lbs atm

first, i go on my treadmil and jog 2 miles everyday @ 5mph
Then i rest for an hour or 2
Then, I do 200 crunches in 25-50 increments while watching the news
when im done, i go up and lift at midnight

i have 10 lb weights.
ive been doing around 100 reps for my right arm and 60 for my left for doing them in 20-30 increments switching arms each time.

is it ok? or am i doing too little or too much?

it all depends, how do you feel, if you feel you have more energy and your feel good about your weight, then maybe your fine.
but, maybe gain 20lbs and you'll be great instead.

This is just my opinion, I believe that you are doing way too much. People do not understand that overexerting themselves is not going to help them lose weight any faster, too much of something is not good for you.

The recommendations for exercises are 30 minutes of good brisk cardio exercises for at least 3 times a week.
I like to do the cardio for 30 minutes and cool down with 20 to 30 minutes of light weight lifting.

wrong. Im 13 i do 100 crunches. 100 is enough. jogging is good i do 2 miles too and the 10 lbs is good. DOnt lift weights at midnight, do em eralier. too early. Not too much.

You lift the weights in mid night?If so u are doing wrong Your muscles nee ed at least 48 hours rest ,that too if you are doing different body parts .But it seems u are doing same body routine every day.I feel ur over working ur muscles .you can alternate other workouts to get good results

I think its all up to you, I mean for me I would never do all that,(Ha ha) but if you fell like you are in good shape and felling Happy, then you should keep on doing what your doing.
