I have always did what I could to avoid them whenever possible. If they work with you or in school with you. Learn their routines & don't go in places when they are there. I have had to work directly with poeple I didn't like. I always keep it brief to the point & covered my back at all times. In covering your back when you have to talk to them have an associate with you to back up what is said or invest in a pocket dictation machine that records your conversation & protects your credibility if this person tires to blame you for something they did wrong.

avoid them or ignore them if they are around. Don't be afraid to not have them like you back just make sure your dislikes of these people aren't based on stupid superficial things like how they do their hair or they seem to have less money than you etc. Just in case it ever comes up in confrontation with them.

just tell them, be straight bout it. dont act like you like them then behind there back say u dont im so not sayin that you dobut either tell the person or just try to avoid them if someone didnt like me i would rather be told than be guessing why that person is avoiding me.

just behave normally but to a certain limit.i don't share anything with them bt, only talk limitidly bt it is not so that i ignore them fully.
