my period for october should have started on the 20th but i didn't start till the 24th and last one day...when would i ovulate this month? i am confused. is there a possibility that i am already pregnant because i am tired all the time, been sick to my stomach alot, breast are tender to the touch around the nipples.

Implantation bleeding although rare is when the embryo attaches onto the uterine wall and can occur six to twelve days after ovulation. It is usually more like a discharge with a small amount of pinkish or brown blood. Some women (again rarely) will have a period even though they are pregnant. It's a bit early for morning sickness, but the extreme fatigue and tenderness especially around the nipples are very common early signs of pregnancy. You really need to buy a pregnancy test. False positives are basically non-existent. False negatives happen, but if you are pregnant and are already having these symptoms, there should certainly be plenty of the hormone tested for in your urine at this point. Good luck!

take an ept test to be sure
or better yet one of those early response tests
