It's supposed to be worn around your tummy over your regular jeans and pants.. You leave your pants unbuttoned/ziped and wear the sleeve over it. The sleeve will smooth out the bumps from your pants. When you wear it with the right shirt, the sleeve looks like you are wearing a longer shirt for a layered look.

I love mine! They are great for when you are just starting to get big, but are still too small for maternity clothes. You wear it over your waist, kinda like a tube top made out of bathing suit material. You can leave your regular pants unbuttoned and it holds them up. Doesn't look creepy either. Looks like you are wearing a little cami underneath your shirt. I wore mine up until my 5 month, then I was finaly big enought to buy maternity pants.

I have two of these and love them. They are prolonging the life of my pants because I'm not quite ready to buy maternity pants. I put them over my pants and have my pants unbuttoned and unzipped. They also work well with maternity pants that are still a little too big to wear, they help to keep them on basically. I have on that is black and one that is tan. I wish I could find one that is white, but our store doesn't carry it

It is to make you be able to wear your pre pregnancy clothes longer. You wear it over your old pants just unbuttoned or to help you keep up maternity clothes if they don't quite fit right. It is also supposed to help with back support.
