You might try the library - they keep back issues of magazines. A bit time consuming, but I can't think of any other surefire way.
You may think it is a really crappy answer, but look at how many other answers you have received. NONE. Obviously the problem is with the question! Who puts Nike ads on the internet? Nike would be the only one likely to do so, and I doubt they would use one that old online. What was it about that particular ad that you wanted if for?
