Okay, I'm trying to write a book, and it's loosely based on my life...now in real life my soccer coach gave a girl on my team private lessons, and my the rest of my team felt betrayed...now in my story I changed it to ballet instead of soccer, can anyone think of something a ballet teacher could do to make a students feel betrayed? Thanks :)

I was thinking that it was okay to have privite dance lessons, because everyone pays for they're lessons, that at leas was my reason for wanting to change it

The teacher could recommend the favorite student for a dance scholarship, she could take the student to see professional ballet productions and not invite the other girls, she could give her favorite student the lead role in every recital, or she could constantly tell the other students, "Why can't you be more like her?"

I bet you could think of even more!

Well, it could be like the soccer story - private lessons. The lessons could be used to get her the lead in a recital, or something similar.
