I actually had the same problem when I went through puberty. My dad called a doctor to ask if was worth getting checked out and the doctor said that during puberty something happens with lymph nodes maybe, I can't remember but something creates the lump and it is kinda sensitive but nothing is wrong. I had a guy in high school with the same problem and he thought he had breast cancer but the doctor told him it was normal. Eventually I just ignored them and I just checked myself and they are gone. Call a doctor and simply describe them and ask about it but more than likely you'll be wasting time and money.

99.9% chance it is just a lipoma.
Check out: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lipoma
Nothing to worry about. I've got a few little lumps. My wife thinks they are cute. I discovered mine near my nipple in college. That one went away on it's own.
There is a very slight chance it is more serious. I'd keep an eye on it. Lipoma's grow REALLY slow, while cancer grows fast. If it grows noticeably in a month get him to a doctor.

It's just an adolescent phase, swelling of the mammary glands. It's almost certainly NOT CANCER, like everyone seems to be telling you. Don't blame them though, most of them are women, who don't know anything about mens health, and are just elated at the fact that men can also get breast cancer and are jumping all over the prospect that your son may have it to make themselves feel better at your expense.

I had something like that when i was going through puberty. Ultra-sensitive balls in the nipples! Sure was an AWESOME experience. He'll be alright though.

Men can get beast cancer, but he probably doesn't have breast cancer if he is still going through puberty. This could be several things, he could have a hormone imbalance, he could have a clogged lymph node. Take him to the doctor.

Males CAN get breast cancer. Montel Williams is an example. Take your son to a doctor, don't fool around with this.
