what is the history for underworld!?

Just a wicked combination of legends and what are considered to be myths. A lot of it's just mixed in well enough to make sense in the movies.

Underworld is the place you go after you die in Greek mythology. The underworld wasn't so bad. It sorta is like hell but for the good souls its heaven. If you were bad, then you went to Tartarus where you spent all eternity working and punished. If you were good, then you went to this place, i forgot the name, where it is like heaven/paradise. So the underworld wasn't so bad if you were good, it's like hell and heaven in one place. Also Hades is the ruler of the underworld.
