i posted a question on view points for abortion i am an anit- abortionest who is not religious one and two feel if it is a health rist then get one under those situaltions
someone said who gives people like me the right to tell others what they can and can not do ? im trying to protect the one who its effecting who cant speak for them selfs, the baby!!! this is a chose someone else is making for them not the one it is harming and hurting the fetus the baby !!! my voice and that of those who share my view have a voice for an un able to speak person not to take away the rights of someone but to give rights to the one it hurts the child!!!

Where were YOU last week when it mattered. A poll right after the election found that at least 20% of conservatives voted for democrats as a method to punish republicans for supposedly not championing the conservative agenda. Normally, that might not be an unreasonable thing to do. But, unless you've been living under a rock lately, you know that the democrats have been taken over by the most radical and dangerous leftists in generations. Had conservatives voted the way they normally do, the election would have gone to the republicans, not the democrats.

However, they did not do that. And just to add insult to injury, no one is bothering to notice how the wacko dems got into power last week. In other words, the protest voting has fallen completely flat on its face while turning over power to the worst offenders in recent history. Basically, we are all screwed is what it amounts to.

I tend to be a moderate on abortion (as most people are) and a straight republican voter. I've got nothing against the just left of center crowd. I just consider them rather stupid. But, the far left is dangerous, even treasonous and now they are in control. But, who gave them that control? Moderate dems? Liberals? No. It was conservatives. That is unacceptable.

So, now you can forget it about issues like abortion. Yes. It is wrong and most of it should be illegal or at least have reasonable controls. However, YOU voted for the liberal agenda and that includes unrestricted abortion on demand, no matter how heinous.

You are just going to have to live with it.

Why is it people get real wound up about forcing someone to not terminate an unplanned pregnancy but the same people who say they are against abortion generally don't want to pay more in taxes to help raise the child or provide for it's health care in any way - if you could tell us you've adopted just one special needs child then I will respect your opinion

abortion is murder and the unborn child is not a fetus it a baby life begins at conception. if you don't believe me look it up in the bible in the begin how God created Adam and eve by having abortion we messing with Gods creation. We are saying that God made a mistake and we know that God makes not mistakes. The unborn child seems to have no rights i like to see that happen. We can suggest adoption instead of abortion. there needs to be more laws to protect the unborn babies it has been a corncern of mine but not to keep the baby but to give it up and help to in how to give it up to the right family. the best bet write to the congressman and you might get somewhere.

If curiouskay04's ET AL contention that an unborn baby is simply a clump of cells, and killing them is okay, then there are alot of folks who shot or stabbed adult clumps of cells that are now in prison that we should probably let out.

I have to assume that your information must have made someone feel threatened that you might change someone's opinion and weaken the pro-choice base. Pro-choice folks make no sense at all. They are for abortion because they don't want to be inconvenienced with a baby. What a bunch of control freaks!

How is it legal to kill the CHILD when it's inside of you, but wait a day, let it take a breath of air, and you can go to jail...such hypocrisy... No matter the reason for it. Abortion is wrong.

Any person who feels they have the right to decide for themselves is right. They should have made their decision not to spread their legs.
And if you are (unfortunately) raped and conceive a child...it is still a living thing, and if you can't bear to raise it (understandable) there are thousands of people who cannot conceive who would be more than willing to adopt your child.

Please, if you intend to contend a moral cause, or any cause for that matter, learn to spell and formulate comprehensible thoughts. It hurts your argument to not be able to articulate it. But you do have a very good point. Every one who is in favor of abortion needs to realize how convenient it is that...they've already been born!
