Join the club. I felt tired all day, but now I just can't get to sleep. I think my body clock has switched to "Yahoo Time", which has a time zone of its own, & messes up everyone's sleep patterns.

Don't worry - if you're not on Level 7, you'll soon run out of your quota of answers for the day - then you can sleep.

Night, night!!!

Think of good things that you like or take sleeping pills or make yourself exhausted after making yourself exhausted then when you lay down u will fall asleep or read some boring book or do some thing boring I feel sleepy when I'm doing maths or language espeacially history. Math and history are social sucide and I hate to die so early u know.lol

I like Melatonin to help me sleep. It's produced by the Pineal gland. It goes to the brain and tells it it's time to sleep. All humans have it but sometimes you need a boost. It's natural and has no side effects, at least I don't have them. When a man has an orgasm, Melatonin is gushed to the brain thus causing drowsiness. Women don't have that problem when they have the big "O". It is available in the UK.

Insomnia (sleeplessness) is due to stress, dietary and medical
problems. By making small lifestyle changes like having a fixed
daily routine, relaxing and eating properly, insomnia can be
cured. I found the information at http://tinyurl.com/jfzpz useful
for getting sleep.

nev: In Canada, we remedy the sleep problem by turning on the TV and switching to the Parliamentary Channel. If the politicians don't put you to sleep - nothing will !!!

I have a serious problem if I can see the clock--so cover it, close your eyes, take some deep breaths, relax your body--start at your toes and work your way up... try to clear your mind...
best wishes and sweet dreams...

try warm milk
tylenol pm
or go to a doc
AMBIEN works great
but u have to have a prescription
this won;t help tonite unless the warm milk works, but seriously Ambien cr works well..only use it when you need it because you can start depending on it to sleep with prolonged use.

here's a few suggestions....pick one:
--I take two doses of Nyquil.
--My doctor suggested taking 2 doses of benadryl every night (it works).
--I used to take melatonin (it takes a little while for your body to build up the level that you need in your system to sleep)
--------------------AND----------------------
--Try to go to sleep at the same time every nite
--Try to get at least 7-8 hours of sleep each night
--Lay off the caffeine
(suggestions by my doctor)
