No it isn't sexual harassment. But it does sound like you are on the fast-track to that promotion that you've been wanting.

I don't think so... unless he tells you that the only way for you to keep your job is to allow your wife to continue to have sex with him.
One thing is for sure, neither your wife nor your boss have any respect for you.
You should definitely consult the matter with a lawyer to see if there is grounds for a sexual harrassment suit and maybe he can also handle your divorce.

It is not sexual harassment, just harassment. You could have a good case against your boss for harassment, just not sexual.
You should contact the ACLU and the Labor Board.
Take care,
Troy

You might have a hostile work environment claim. Your emloyer could be strictly liable for your boss's actions. Maybe IIED too. See a lawyer.
(Frankly I think you are kidding though).
His dashing young boss
Took his wife for a toss.
Now he wants advice for free.
So he got some from me.
Crude boss and naughty wife
Is no recipe for a happy life.
Take my advice.
And check for lice.

sexual harassment--
unwelcome sexual advances made by an employer or superior, esp. when compliance is made a condition of continued employment or advancement -- he isn't sexually harassing you, he is humiliating you. You are in an unwholesome environment. Have you talked to your wife? He may be just trying to get rid of you. Get a backbone and leave.

It is harassment - creating a hostile work environment. Report it to your Human Resources Department then deal with that cheating wife of yours.

If your wife is sleeping with your boss you have bigger problems than harassment. Get a lawyer.

If this has alienated you from your wife sexually, then yes.
Yech! I won't even use the bathroom after my boss has been in there. I feel for you, friend.
