If you are wanting to remove it completely, shaving is the best option but it can be tricky depending on your shape and size. If you are heavy or have a lower pubic area or are afraid of slipping in the shower which could cause serious damage, you may need to do what I do. Get some sort of small plastic tub, like one of those lidded containers they sell at a dollar store and fill it with warm water. You will also need shaving cream/soap/whatever you prefer, a new razor, a washcloth, a hand towel and a pair of scissors. You may want a mirror as well if it is hard for you to see this area without one. Strip your bed of its quilt/cover and any blankets. Lay a towel on it, in a position for you to lie on. Set the tub of water beside that. Strip yourself and lie on the blanket. Spread your legs and clean/dry off your pubic area if need be. Star by cutting the hair as short as you can get it. Brush off the excess when you finish doing that. Put the shaving cream/soap all over the area you want to shave. Shave in the direction of the hair growth, if possible. Use the tub of water to wash the razor off after every stroke. You may need to wipe off every now and then as well. Shave until you are satisfied with the outcome. You should shower after to wash away any loose hairs. Dump the water and wash the plastic tub and scissors. Trash the razor. Launder the towels and washcloth. It's not as easy as some ways but it's worked for me so far, although I do this only on occasion. I am warning you in advance. Within a day, when the hair will start to grow back, you will get itchy and that doesn't go away until at least three days later when there is some hair to keep the friction of your underwear from affecting your pubic area. Lotions, creams, powders, etc don't generally help and may actually make it worse as they could be an irritant. I don't suggest the depilatories as the pubic area is a lot more sensitive than other areas and you really don't want to make it break out or be itchy/blotchy.

You don't need to shave to be clean, just take regular showers. The only permanent hair removal is lasering. It's safe in the hands of a professional, but if can leave scars if the person doesn't know what they are going, don't go to a discounted place for this.
They will onlt laser the bikini line, they are not going to do anything on the sensitive tissue, it can cause too much damage.

EEEEeeewww! Why would you even think of such a thing? Once it was gone you'd realize that being bald down there is already very out of fashion, and maybe the next guy you really love would be totally repelled. Wow, I wouldn't be without my bush for anything! The hair is there to protect your sensitive area. I'd be covered with sores if I didn't have the hair.
