my tv says mute so thers no sound how to fix it ?my tv is pretty new...?

If mute is not working on the remote I would try to use the volume up button on the tv itself. Typically volume up will override mute and turn it off again. If this works, your remote may have bad batteries, be damaged or defective.

Click on the mute button (located on your remote) again.
