All bosses want their subordinates to work but not themselves any thing goes wrong they show the finger at suborsdinate and any good thing happens they say that it is becouse of me it has happened.

As a "boss" myself, I can tell you that this is a wrong approach to effectively managing people. It's all about creating stars and not being one. Credit should always be given for someone going above and beyond, as a means of affirmation and keeping morale high. If someone makes a mistake or underperforms, a manager should give proper feedback for that employee's benefit. But it should be done in the right way. I've learned that people really desire feedback and to know when they've made mistakes in order to improve. But that kind of coaching has to be balanced with recognition for that person's positive efforts.

I wouldn't worry too much about this, since I've been on the receiving end of bad bosses in my career. By doing so, you learn how NOT to be a good boss yourself one day via their mistakes.
