Hi there,
Probably there are few reason on that issue.
Your gold fish might get disease that affect your fish balancing in the water and it will turn back naturally. Try to ask for assistant from the fish shop and get the right medicine.
Secondly, your fish might migrating by changing color or growing to the next age level, you have to ensure that he is still eating and stil as healthy as possible.

when goldfish mature, i mean really becomes an adult, they change color, like my nymph goldfish

sometimes they go thru several color changes before they mature
